Request access to information:
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data concerning him/her is being processed and, where appropriate, to access his/her personal data and access the information provided for by law.
Request rectification of the information if it is inaccurate or incomplete:
The holder of personal data has the right to have Check Office, without undue delay, rectify inaccurate or incomplete data concerning them.
Request the deletion of your personal data:
The holder of the personal data has the right to request Check Office to delete their data without undue delay, and Check Office has the obligation to delete the personal data without undue delay when one of the following reasons applies, in particular:
- The personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;
- You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests justifying the processing;
- You have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your data (in cases where processing is based on consent) and there is no other basis for such processing.
Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data:
The holder of the personal data has the right to request Check Office to limit the processing of their data if one of the following situations applies, in particular:
- They contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows Check Office to verify its accuracy;
- The data processing is lawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests, in return, the limitation of its use;
- Check Office no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but such data is required by the data subject for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings;
- You have objected to the processing until it is established that the legitimate grounds of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.
Object to the processing of your personal data:
The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data in cases where the data processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Check Office. In this situation, Check Office will be able to demonstrate the existence of legitimate grounds that prevail over the legitimate interests of the data subject.

Your requests will be treated with special care so that we can ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity in order to ensure that personal data is only shared with the data subject.
You should be aware that in certain cases (e.g. due to legal requirements) your request cannot be fulfilled immediately. In any case, you will be informed of the measures taken to this end within one month of the request being made.
